A North Carolina Deputy Sheriff speaks before the Davidson County Board of Commissioners in a meeting that declared the county a second amendment sanctuary. During the January 14th, 2020 meeting Deputy Sheriff Tripp Kester declared that he would not enforce an unconstitutional law. His statements were met with a loud cheer of affirmation from the crowd assembled at the board meeting.
